GRIEF GUIDANCE

When we lose something — a person, a relationship, a version of ourselves — a vast space is created. Most of us rush to fill it, or linger within it unsure how to move forward. What I have found, in my own grief and in walking alongside others, is that there is another way.

 

One that asks us to be genuinely present in the spaciousness that loss creates. To move through rather than around the darkness. To resist the rush and the stagnation — and to become intentional about what we place back into our lives.

 

This work honors grief as the sacred experience it truly is — without bypassing what is hard, and without reaching for the light before we have fully inhabited the dark. It welcomes the full truth of what you are feeling: the anger, the confusion, the sadness, and the unexpected moments of joy. All of it belongs.

Within Our Sessions

RESOURCE RETRIEVAL

We tend to your rhythms of rest, nourishment, and movement so that daily life becomes a foundation for healing rather than a weight to carry. Grief asks a great deal of us — how we care for ourselves in its midst matters.

SOMATIC & RITUAL TOOLS

We use breath, movement, and ceremony to help the body process the intensity of change, ensuring that grief does not settle into physical stagnation. The body knows how to grieve — we simply create the conditions for it to do so.

INTUITIVE INQUIRY

By offering a calm, perceptive mirror, I ask questions that help you reconnect with your innate wisdom and present-moment experience — trusting that you already carry what you need.

THE 49-DAY RITUAL

Drawing on the Tibetan Buddhist understanding of the bardo — the transitional space following death — we co-create a 49-day container dedicated to staying with the experience. Whether you are mourning a death, a relationship, or a version of yourself, this window becomes an opportunity for genuine integration rather than distraction.

CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP

We explore how love does not end at death — and that the dream space is one of the most direct ways we experience this truth. Through dreamwork, ritual, and intentional attention, we tend to the living threads of connection with those who have transitioned, opening to the ways the relationship can continue to evolve beyond physical form.

A focused 60-minute space for those seeking immediate support, a dream consultation, or a singular moment of companionship. Each session holds space to extend to 75 minutes if the session calls for it.

Three months of weekly 60-minute sessions — twelve sessions in total — offering an unhurried, steady rhythm for moving through grief at a natural pace. Includes customized practices between sessions, email support, and the spaciousness to tend to whatever arises as the season unfolds.
